It was make explicitly clear that all athletes selected to run at Penrith should have registered on line via this website using the link on the letter you received at Tadcaster. It is imperative that this registration is completed. Failure to do so could jeopardise any selection for the ESAA Nationals at Liverpool.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS + PARKING

Best approached along the A6 from Shap, but otherwise follow Sat Navs and final local brown signposted directions from the A66.

Please park as directed by Castle stewards in the ample nearby parking for cars, minibuses and coaches and these could be used as bases in poor weather.

On the Day

Please arrive with plenty of time before your race. This will allow registration and numbers to be distributed (Safety pins required). The first race is at 12.30pm, so have this in mind especially if you are wanted to walk the course.  Registration needs to be made at the North Yorkshire tent/Base.

We have a very large and strong team scheduled to race on the day (80 athletes). Please understand that staff will therefore require athletes to take responsibility with punctuality and preparation.
